Greyhound Rescue West of England

We started as a small operation in the West Country, and now have a presence across much of the country – so we can give many more greyhounds and lurchers the chance to find their forever home.

Doggy Day 2015 raised money for Swindon’s Needy Dogs and Aldbourne Carnival.

Swindon’s Needy Dogs

Swindon’s Needy Dogs are a much loved and very much needed organisation who help find homes for unwanted pets and rescue dogs from the pound who are in danger of being put to sleep.Set up in 2012, SNDogs ensure all re-homed dogs are vaccinated, micro chipped, wormed, de-flead and neutered before leaving for their new homes. Adoption fees don’t always cover the costs involved so fundraising is always needed.SNDogs will be in attendance on the day with some of their dogs looking for homes.

Aldbourne Carnival

Aldbourne Carnival Committee donate to various local charities through the year, particularly supporting Aldbourne organisations, and all applications are considered.
